Nominated for the 2016 Lefty Awards!

In February, I'll be heading out to Phoenix to attend LEFT COAST CRIME, a conference for mystery writers and fans of mystery. You will find me with my writer and reader friends hanging out at the bar, and I might be on a panel. If you are in the area, you should come by.

Also, I'll be biting my fingernails while sipping my cocktail, because...

THE SECRET LIFE OF ANNA BLANC has been nominated for the 2016 Lefty Award for Historical Mystery (Bruce Alexander Memorial, covering events before 1960).

Check out the competition.

° Malice at the Palace by Rhys Bowen

° The Masque of a Murderer by Susanna Calkins

° The Chocolate Kiss-Off by Heather Haven

° Dreaming Spies by Laurie R. King

° Mrs. Roosevelt’s Confidante by Susan Elia MacNeal

Just to be placed on a list with these women is an incredible honor.

The winner will be announced on February 27th.

Wish us luck!
