Following in Anna Blanc's Footsteps

In a surprising twist of fate, I'm about to start a new job with the Denver Sheriff's Department. Yes, it's the Sheriff's Department and not the LAPD, and I'm being hired as a research scientist, not as a matron, and it isn't 1907. Still, I can't help but feel like Anna and I have something in common.

I will be conducting research studies on the jails.
